Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a helpdesk or technical support role.
• Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and support.
• Proficient in using helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work on-site in Polokwane on designated days.
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to helpdesk tickets via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install and maintain hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Provide end-user support and timely issue resolution.
• Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff.
• Document support activities and knowledge base.
• Assist with user account management and access permissions.
• Participate in in-office sessions for team collaboration.
