Placements24 is partnering with a prominent industrial enterprise in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, to appoint an HR Operations Specialist. This hybrid role focuses on day-to-day HR administration, data integrity, payroll input, and supporting recruitment.

You will manage HRIS data, administer benefits, ensure compliance with SA labour law, and generate management reports. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and at least 3 years' HR operations experience with strong Excel skills and

Qualifications

• Requires National Diploma or Bachelor's in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in HR operations or similar administrative role.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, payroll, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) with data accuracy.
• Process employee data changes: new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers.
• Administer payroll input and ensure timely processing of remuneration.
• Support recruitment: post ads, screen applications, schedule interviews.
• Facilitate onboarding and ensure complete documentation.
• Assist with benefits administration (medical aid, provident fund).
• Ensure compliance with SA labour laws and HR policies.
• Prepare HR reports and management information as required.
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
