Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of HR Officer experience in industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Solid understanding of South African labor law (BCEA, LRA, EEA).
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.
• Support employee relations initiatives, including grievance handling and disciplinary processes, ensuring fairness and compliance.
• Administer employee benefits, ensuring accurate enrollment and timely resolution of queries.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
• Contribute to the development and execution of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance to line managers on HR-related matters, including performance management and employee conduct.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant South African labor laws and industrial regulations.
• Participate in HR projects focused on improving employee engagement, retention, and performance.
• Assist in conducting workplace investigations and resolving disputes.
• Support training and development programs for employees.
