Placements24 is recruiting an experienced FP&A Manager in Paarl, Western Cape, a hybrid role requiring on-site collaboration and remote work. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, providing strategic insights to senior leadership and guiding major investment decisions.

The ideal candidate holds a Finance or related degree (MBA or CA/CIMA desirable) with 6+ years in FP&A, strong modeling skills, and proficiency in Hyperion/Anaplan and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain long-range financial plans and scenario analyses.
• Prepare insightful management reports and presentations on financial performance, variance analysis, and key business drivers.
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, new product development, and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs and provide proactive support.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of board materials and investor relations support as needed.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the finance team.
• Ensure financial plans are robust and support the achievement of corporate objectives.
