Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional qualification (CA(SA) or CMA) is highly preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and FP&A software (Hyperion, SAP BPC).

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop and manage long-range financial plans.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reports with variance analysis.
• Analyze key financial and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide financial support and strategic insights to business unit leaders.
• Develop financial models to support new initiatives and opportunities.
• Enhance financial reporting tools for accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital with optimization recommendations.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for senior management.
• Mentor and develop junior FP&A team members.
