Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• A professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CA(SA)) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, FP&A, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of annual budgets and periodic forecasts for the organization.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and drivers.
• Prepare detailed financial models to support strategic initiatives, new business ventures, and capital allocation decisions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop management reports and presentations summarizing financial performance and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with various department heads and business unit leaders to gather financial information and insights.
• Support the long-range financial planning process and scenario analysis.
• Evaluate the financial implications of business decisions and provide recommendations.
