Placements24 in Benoni is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to design and execute targeted email campaigns that nurture leads and boost sales. You will own strategy, segmentation, copy, templates, and performance analysis in a hybrid work environment across Gauteng.

The role requires strong copywriting, understanding of best practices, and the ability to leverage automation and analytics to optimize results. Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot or Campaign Monitor is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency with Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Campaign Monitor.
• Strong understanding of best practices, segmentation and automation.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
• HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement email marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Segment lists based on behavior and demographics.
• Create engaging email copy and CTAs.
• Design and build HTML/CSS email templates.
