The ideal candidate will master segmentation, automation, AB testing, and analytics, and craft compelling content with persuasive CTAs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in email marketing for e-commerce.
• Success in campaigns that drove engagement and sales.
• Excellent English copywriting and editing.
• Strong knowledge of AB testing and data analysis.
• Basic HTML knowledge for emails is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with e-commerce goals.
• Segment databases and create targeted campaigns based on behavior and demographics.
• Design and edit engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs.
• Set up and manage automated workflows (welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase).
• Monitor and report on metrics: open rate, CTR, conversions, ROI.
• AB test email elements to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and maintain list hygiene.
• Collaborate with marketing and design for brand-consistent visuals.
