Placements24 in South Africa is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to lead targeted campaigns, manage CRM, and optimize ROI. The role combines remote work with in-office collaboration at Benoni, Gauteng.

You will craft email content, segment lists, set up automated workflows, analyze performance, and stay ahead of best practices in a fast-growing e-commerce environment. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in email marketing are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing and CRM management.
• Proven experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, ActiveCampaign).
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, list management, and campaign automation.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template design is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create, write, and edit engaging email copy and subject lines to drive open rates and click-through rates.
• Design and build visually appealing email templates using HTML/CSS.
• Segment customer databases and target campaigns to specific audience groups based on behavior and demographics.
• Set up and manage automated email workflows, including welcome series, nurture campaigns, and abandoned cart reminders.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
• A/B test different elements of email campaigns to optimize results.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, POPIA).
• Manage and maintain the email marketing platform and CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
