Placements24 is seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join a hybrid team in Paarl, Western Cape. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and policies.

The role requires excellent communication, active listening, and the ability to multitask. You will document interactions in the CRM, process orders, and collaborate with colleagues to meet service targets in a supportive environment with in-office days

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Strong communication and listening skills with ability to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or related field is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally.
• Identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about products and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; escalate when necessary.
• Document interactions in the CRM system.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
