You will handle inquiries, provide product information, assist with orders and troubleshooting, and maintain CRM records. The ideal candidate is empathetic, communicates clearly, and is committed to delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with computers and common software applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide information on products, services, and company policies.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, order placement, and account inquiries.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team lead.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
• Collect and report customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions, both remotely and at the office in Port Elizabeth.
