Placements24 is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join their Port Elizabeth team in the Eastern Cape. This role offers a hybrid work model with remote flexibility and in-office collaboration, acting as the frontline contact for customers.

You will handle inquiries, provide product information, assist with orders and troubleshooting, and maintain CRM records. The ideal candidate is empathetic, communicates clearly, and is committed to delivering excellent service.
