Placements24 is seeking a proactive Client Relations Officer in Soweto, Gauteng. This hybrid role blends in-office client engagement with remote work days, focusing on building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction across a diverse client base.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, provide product information, and support onboarding while collaborating with internal teams to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in client relations, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and relationship management.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Hybrid work model with in-office days in Soweto, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
• Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Provide information and support regarding products and services.
• Monitor client satisfaction levels and seek feedback.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal departments.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive retention.
• Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs in the CRM system.
• Assist clients with onboarding processes and service utilization.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
