Placements24 is seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to join our Paarl operations. You will nurture client relationships, coordinate requests, and ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints.

In this role, you will onboard new clients, prepare reports, and act as the liaison between clients and internal teams in a flexible hybrid environment that balances remote work with in-office collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Client Relations, Account Management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain positive relationships with a designated client portfolio.
• Coordinate client requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Prepare client reports and presentations as required.
• Onboard new clients and guide them through initial setup processes.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, facilitating smooth communication.
