Placements24 is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist in Midrand to guide new clients through setup, training, and value realization. The role blends in-office collaboration with remote work, emphasizing clear communication and a patient, client-focused approach.

You will develop onboarding materials and work with sales and support to ensure a seamless transition and high client satisfaction. Hybrid scheduling based in Midrand is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in customer success or training roles.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with CRM/onboarding software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients.
