Placements24 is seeking a proactive Client Services Associate for Mossel Bay, Western Cape, in a hybrid role blending office collaboration with remote work. You will be the liaison between clients and internal teams, handling inquiries, coordinating services and maintaining relationships.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, excellent organizational skills, and experience in client service or admin, with MS Office and CRM familiarity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client service, administration or support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and requests.
• Provide information and support regarding company services and products.
• Coordinate service delivery and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system regularly.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and client-facing documents.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
• Assist with client onboarding processes and documentation.
• Manage client feedback and escalated issues.
• Organize and maintain client files and data.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in client service delivery.
