Qualifications

This role acts as a liaison between HR and specific business units, driving HR initiatives and providing expert guidance on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. You will partner closely with leadership to address HR-related challenges and opportunities, ensuring that HR strategies are integrated with business objectives to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a high-performance culture.
