Placements24 is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner for its Northern Cape operations based in Upington. The role partners with senior leadership to drive HR strategies, enhance engagement, and improve organizational effectiveness, while managing talent, OD, and change initiatives.

Remote-friendly position with strong stakeholder management. You will help shape people strategies aligned to business objectives and regional growth in a key SA market.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in HR with substantial HRBP experience.
• Proven experience in talent management, organizational design, and change management.
• Deep understanding of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and consultative skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a remote work environment while building strong relationships.
