Placements24 is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to manage and optimize the HRIS portfolio, ensuring data integrity and robust reporting.

The role collaborates with HR and IT to implement enhancements, maintain data accuracy, and support strategic HR initiatives in the energy sector in Nelspruit. Ideal candidates have strong HR process knowledge and advanced Excel skills, with familiarity in Workday/SAP SuccessFactors/Oracle HCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3-5 years in HRIS administration or HR systems analysis.
• Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar.
• Strong HR process knowledge and data management principles.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the HRIS ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop, generate, and analyze HR reports and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT on system upgrades, implementations, integrations.
• Provide training to HR staff and end-users on HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations related to HR data.
• Assist in design and configuration of new HR system modules.
• Document HR system processes and configurations.
• Support HR data audits and ensure accuracy for compliance.
• Stay updated on HR technology trends and best practices.
