Job summary

Placements24 seeks an experienced HRIS Analyst to optimize the HRIS, ensure data accuracy, and support strategic decision-making. You will manage, maintain, and enhance the HRIS, collaborate with HR and IT to implement improvements, and provide end-user training in Upington, Northern Cape.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, solid HR process knowledge, and expertise in HR technology. Experience with major HRIS platforms and data reporting is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar HR technology role.
• Proven experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent understanding of HR processes and data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and support users.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
• Develop and generate regular HR reports and dashboards for management and operational needs.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and support strategic planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues, providing timely support to HR users and employees.
• Configure and customize the HRIS to meet evolving business requirements.
• Assist in the implementation of new HRIS modules or system upgrades.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions on HRIS usage for employees and HR staff.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations within the HRIS.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate HRIS with other systems.
