Qualifications

• Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential).
• HR or related Degree/Diploma (Essential).
• Recent graduate.
• HRIS certification is advantageous.
• Basic competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Administrator with onboarding processes.
• Assist Talent Advisors with interview scheduling and venue arrangements.
• Support issuing access cards for new employees.
• Conduct employment reference checks.
• Assist with Talent Acquisition projects and ad hoc activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist HR Consultants with settling-in interviews.
• Support HR projects and operational activities.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
• Handle confidential employee information professionally.
