Qualifikationen

• 3 year Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or related studies

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update employee databases and HR files with precision and confidentiality
• Assist in advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews by communicating with the shortlisted applicants
• Assist in preparing onboarding documents/Welcome packages for new employees
• Schedule and conduct orientation for new employees
• Draft and format HR-related documents such as employee contracts, memos or reports
• Support the planning and execution of internal HR events such as training or any related employee engagement activities
• Provide day-to-day assistance to the HR teams, including filing and data entry
• Assist with taking minutes at any meetings held that are HR related
