Job summary

Moving Tactics, a South Africa-based driver of digital signage and retail analytics, is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join the Human Resources team. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration to support growth and culture.

You will assist with full-cycle recruitment, interview coordination, vetting, onboarding, and monthly reporting while helping coordinate wellness initiatives and HR communications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management or similar qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or administrative position.
• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Genuine desire to explore and improve within the HR field.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment: post job adverts, manage billings, shortlist candidates and assist with unsuccessful candidate letters.
• Interview management: schedule interviews and lead/assist in the interview process.
• Vetting: conduct candidate background and reference checks.
• Onboarding: execute the New Employee induction process for a seamless start.
• Monthly catch ups: take minutes and follow up on actions.
• Admin and HR reporting: maintain HR reports and organograms, assist with admin tasks.
