Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join a fully remote team and gain hands-on experience across HR functions. You will support administrative tasks, recruitment efforts, onboarding/offboarding, and HR projects in a digital environment.

The role emphasizes eager learners, strong communication, and attention to detail, offering mentorship and exposure to a wide range of HR activities within a flexible remote setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong desire to learn about Human Resources.
• Basic understanding of HR principles is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of HR processes and documentation.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Help maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Assist with recruitment tasks, such as posting jobs and screening resumes.
• Respond to basic employee inquiries under supervision.
• Help coordinate HR-related meetings and training sessions.
• Participate in HR projects and data collection.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
• Contribute to the creation of HR communication materials.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
