Placements24 is seeking an experienced HR Specialist focusing on Employee Relations to join our client’s HR team in Tembisa, Gauteng. You will investigate grievances, advise managers, and ensure fair and lawful application of HR policies across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience specifically in employee relations or a related HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law, including the Labour Relations Act, BCEA, and EEA.
• Proven experience in conducting workplace investigations and managing disciplinary hearings.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
