Placements24 in South Africa is seeking an HR Payroll Specialist to join our established client’s team in Rustenburg, North West. This on-site role focuses on accurate, timely payroll processing for all employees, ensuring compliance with BCEA, LRA and tax regulations while safeguarding confidentiality.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end payroll, data validation, reporting, and liaison with HR and finance, leveraging Sage or VIP Payroll and advanced MS Excel skills to maintain

About the Role

Our client, a leading industrial company, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Payroll Specialist to join their team in Rustenburg, North West. This position is critical for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payroll regulations, systems, and best practices within South Africa. This is an on-site role, offering you the opportunity to work collaboratively with the HR and finance departments in a dynamic and established organization. You will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, from data collection and validation to disbursement and reporting. Key Responsibilities
