Hirefarout, Johannesburg-based non-profit, is seeking an HR Operations & Payroll Manager to scale people operations nationwide. You will oversee HR operations, payroll, compliance and industrial relations across a sizable distributed workforce, reporting to the Chief of Staff.

Hybrid work arrangement in Johannesburg with a focus on data-driven HR systems and automation. The role requires a degree in HR/Business/Law/Engineering or related analytical field, and at least 5 years in HR or payroll.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, Engineering or related analytical field.
• 5+ years' experience in HR, payroll or operational management.
• Experience overseeing payroll/compliance for large, multi-site workforce.

Mansioni

• Lead and optimise HR operations across a large workforce.
• Oversee monthly payroll reviews, reconciliations and compliance.
• Manage and develop the HR and payroll team.
• Design and implement scalable HR workflows and automation.
• Build HR dashboards and reporting across headcount, payroll and records.
• Ensure compliance with SA labour legislation and IR processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce cost monitoring and risk management.
