Placements24 seeks a strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the People Operations function in Pretoria. You will shape HR strategies to support rapid growth, drive talent acquisition, compensation programs, and employee development while ensuring a positive workplace culture.

You will advise senior leadership, manage HR analytics and HRIS, and oversee compliance with SA labor laws in a hybrid work setting, balancing remote and in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership or Head of HR role.
• Experience developing and implementing HR strategies in fast-growth tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions: talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, L&D.
• Excellent knowledge of SA labour law and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams.
• Strategic mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS and HR analytics.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
