Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions for operations in Midrand. The role develops HR strategies aligned with business objectives, fosters positive employee relations, and ensures compliance with labor laws.

You will lead a small team, shaping company culture, talent acquisition, and employee development initiatives to support growth in Gauteng. Hybrid work model offered in Midrand.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, 2+ in a management role.
• Experience across recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits.
• Strong knowledge of South Africa labor law and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
• Oversee recruitment from sourcing to onboarding to attract top talent.
• Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and ensure fair policy application.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs; conduct market analyses and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with SA labor laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance to employees and management on HR matters.
