Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HR strategies and programs.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and investigations as needed.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
• Lead performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and best practices.
• Promote a positive organizational culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
