Placements24 is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the HR function in Upington. This leadership role will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, oversee operations, and cultivate a positive employee culture across the region.

The ideal candidate will bring a postgraduate HR or related degree, 6–8 years of progressive HR experience with 2–3 years in management, deep knowledge of South African labor laws, strong leadership and communication

• In-depth knowledge of South African labour law and industrial relations.

• Experience in the Northern Cape region is advantageous.
