Placements24 in the Paarl region is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead HR operations across our facilities. You will drive strategic HR planning, talent management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits while ensuring compliance with South African labor laws.

You will oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession management, and the development of HR initiatives that support growth and a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration.
• 7–10 years HR experience with 3–5 years in a management role.
• Experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, employee relations, and HRIS.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead and manage all HR operations for their facilities in and around Paarl. This role is responsible for strategic HR planning, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR initiatives that support the company's growth and foster a positive and productive work environment. Requirements

• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
