Placements24 is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead the Human Resources department in Mossel Bay. This executive role oversees HR functions, designs strategies, and drives organizational effectiveness while managing a skilled HR team.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate HR or related degree, 7–10 years of progressive HR experience including 3+ years in management, and strong knowledge of South African labour law.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.

• Ensure compliance with all South African labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of South African labor law, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in the Western Cape region is preferred.
