Placements24 is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the HR function in Upington, South Africa. The role develops and implements HR strategies aligned with business goals, oversees HR operations, and fosters a positive employee culture.

The ideal candidate has a postgraduate HR degree and 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, including 2–3 years in management, with deep knowledge of South African labor law. Northern Cape exposure is advantageous.
