Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the people function in their Centurion operation. This hands-on leadership role balances strategic HR with the realities of a busy operational environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and employees across the business, guiding on employee relations, performance, talent, policies and broader people initiatives to drive culture and performance.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant tertiary qualification in HR/Industrial Psychology or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in a generalist HR role with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of SA labour legislation and employee relations.
• Experience advising senior leadership and delivering sound HR guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end HR function and provide strategic HR support to leadership.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievances and CCMA-related matters.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and employment practices comply with South African legislation.
• Manage HR reporting, workforce planning and key people metrics.
• Lead HR projects and initiatives that strengthen engagement, culture and organisational effectiveness.

• Experience working closely with senior leadership and providing sound HR advice.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic priorities with hands-on HR requirements.
