Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, BA, psychology or related field.
• Strong desire to learn about HR and organizational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment: post ads, screen applications, and schedule interviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with confidentiality.
• Provide administrative support to HR team.
