Placements24 is seeking a motivated HR Intern for our Paarl team. This hybrid internship offers practical experience across HR functions, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, records, and events. A supportive environment provides mentorship and exposure to HR policies and best practices while balancing in-office and remote work days.

The role is designed for students or recent graduates aiming to develop hands-on HR skills and grow within a dynamic team in the Western Cape.

Qualificações

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, BA, psychology or related field.
• Strong desire to learn about HR and organizational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in recruitment: post ads, screen applications, and schedule interviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with confidentiality.
• Provide administrative support to HR team.
• Assist with organizing training sessions and employee events.
• Gain exposure to HR policies and procedures and support their implementation.
