Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in HR or related field.
• Minimum 4 years HR experience with wellness, training and development.
• Experience designing wellness programs and managing EAPs.
• Knowledge of SA labour laws related to health and safety.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote employee wellness programs and health education.
• Manage Employee Assistance Program with confidential support.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives across the organization.
• Facilitate workshops on wellness, development, and soft skills.
• Support performance reviews and individual development plans.
• Contribute to HR policies related to well-being and development.
• Maintain training records and wellness program participation.
• Collaborate with management to foster a healthy work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations.
