The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or a related field and has at least 3 years of HR Generalist experience concentrating on Employee Relations, with solid knowledge of South African

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years as HR Generalist with strong Employee Relations focus.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour law and IR practices.
• Excellent investigation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and policy violations.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
• Advise on performance management and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations in relation to employee relations.
