You will manage training logistics, maintain records, and contribute to employee engagement and retention while upholding SA labour laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2–3 years HR experience or exposure to learning and development.
• Knowledge of South African labour laws and HR principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs through performance reviews and consultations with line managers.
• Coordinate and facilitate training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees.
• Develop training materials and resources to support learning objectives.
• Manage the administration of training programs, including scheduling and attendance tracking.
• Support onboarding processes and help new hires understand development opportunities.
• Contribute to employee engagement and retention efforts.
