• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist or similar experience.
• Solid understanding of SA labor law and HR principles.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office.

• Administering and supporting HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
• Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Managing employee records and ensuring data accuracy in the HR Information System (HRIS).
