Placements24 is seeking an HR Generalist for a prominent logistics client in Gauteng. The role combines in-office collaboration with remote work, and you will support HR policies and programs aligned with strategic objectives.

The position requires 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience, SA labour law knowledge, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR/Industrial Psychology is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR-related field.
• 2-4 years of HR Generalist experience or similar role.
• Knowledge of SA labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding, including job posting, screening, interviews, and references.
• Administer employee benefits programs with accurate records and timely communication.
• Support performance management, goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits in a timely manner.
• Contribute to HR initiatives and projects.
