The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR or related field and at least three years' experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS/ATS usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience with emphasis on recruitment and onboarding.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
• Experience using ATS and HRIS.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour law and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from staffing needs to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and agencies.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews (telephone, video, in-person), coordinate selections.
• Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
• Manage candidate communications and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain ATS data and recruitment metrics.
• Assist with HR policy development and HR projects.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports on recruitment metrics, turnover, and onboarding effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with South African employment laws.
