WhatJobs Direct seeks an experienced HR Officer to join the Upington team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will lead recruitment, handle employee relations, manage HR administration, and ensure compliance with SA labor laws.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, handling grievances, administering compensation and benefits, maintaining HRIS records, and advising management on HR policies. A BA/BS in HR or related field and 4+ years' experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in an HR Officer or similar generalist role.
• Solid knowledge of South African labor law and employment equity principles.
• Proven recruitment, employee relations and HR administration experience.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data integrity.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and labor law.
