Talent Connected Staffing Solutions, Springfield, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to manage day-to-day HR in a busy operational environment.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, disciplinary processes and labour compliance, partnering with management and employees. The role requires a diploma/degree in HR and SA labour law knowledge; site-based travel may be required.

Formación

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Diploma or degree in HR-related field.
• Approx. 3–5 years’ experience as HR Officer or Generalist.
• Solid knowledge of SA labour legislation and ER procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate recruitment, including advertising, screening, interviews and references.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and appointment documents.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs.
• Guide on HR policies, procedures and labour legislation.
• Assist with disciplinary matters, grievances and investigations.
• Maintain accurate HR files and databases.
• Liaise with payroll on appointments, terminations and salary changes.
• Support site-based employees’ HR administration and training records.
