Job summary

Abantu Staffing Solutions (Pty) Ltd in Kwazulu-Natal seeks an on-site HR Business Partner to provide full-spectrum HR support, including recruitment, IR interventions, and the annual training plan rollout. The role collaborates with site management to ensure labour law compliance and effective HR processes.

You will coordinate payroll input and Time & Attendance data, participate in audits, and drive performance management and development initiatives in a dynamic operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support the assigned business operation with full HR capability on-site.
• Lead recruitment, industrial relations interventions, training rollout, and performance management.
• Engage with on-site management to promote HR best practice for labour stability and compliance.
• Participate in audit processes and promote corporate governance.
• Manage relationships with key customers and suppliers and ensure EE/BBBEE compliance.
