The role requires a National Diploma or degree in HR, at least 3 years in HR, solid SA labor law knowledge, and experience with HRIS and MS Office. Manufacturing exposure is a plus, with a focus on onboarding, payroll inquiries, records, and policy

• Solid understanding of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
