Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in HRM, Business Admin or related field.
• 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding with documentation and orientation materials.
• Support recruitment: post ads, screen applications, schedule interviews.
• Handle HR queries on policies, procedures and benefits.
• Assist payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations.
