Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-4 years' experience as HR Generalist or similar.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Solid knowledge of SA employment legislation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures with accurate documentation.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data with confidentiality.
• Assist in benefits administration and engagement initiatives.
• Support HR projects, including performance management cycles and policy updates.
