Placements24 is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join their Mossel Bay team. This on-site role supports a wide range of HR functions, from onboarding to employee relations, ensuring HR policies and procedures are implemented smoothly and in line with South African labour law.

You will work closely with management to maintain data integrity in the HRIS, administer benefits programs, and contribute to initiatives that boost engagement and retention in a coastal Western Cape setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Solid understanding of South African labour law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and data management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
